And lastly, remember that solid reentry plans can always help when the court is considering "current dangerous".  Therefore, a list of reentry programs has been compiled and can be found here for the major counties impacted by Prop 36: http://www.fixthreestrikes.com/reentry-organizations  If your county is not listed here please feel free to email/call Annette Summers or FACTS main office (310-677-7497) for assistance with other counties.  Those paroling to Los Angeles County have a great resource in Dwayne who is working with FACTS to help anyone returning to that area (bus tickets, discount ID forms, housing referrals, etc..)!
